Wellbeing@Work Program
Our own thoughts, words and actions can contribute to about 40% to the state of wellbeing. This two hour webinar has been designed to help you or your organisation, to create a mentally healthy workplace and promote a positive culture by using the:

- Positive priming questions to generate positive emotions
- VIA Institute Survey and harness your Character Strengths
- Big Five Check In to track your progress daily and review weekly
- Goals, Targets, Obstacles, Strengths and Learning Support Plan tailored to your needs
Just a few minutes of consistent effort each day, can make a big difference to the wellbeing of individuals, teams, leaders and ultimately, your workplace. All participants receive the Wellbeing@Work journal as the key resource for this webinar.
